Boarding Request Form & Legal Agreement

At Roots K9, our overnight boarding services are available exclusively to clients we have previously worked with. Our boarding program is designed to support and reinforce the training foundations we have established together which provides consistency and stability for your dog while away from your home.

We require full payment to secure your reservation. In the event of a cancellation, we offer full credit toward future boarding or training programs. We can offer cash refunds only in the event your dog has passed away. We appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining the quality of our services.

DOGS OVER 6 MONTHS WHO ARE OFF-LEASH RELIABLE:

1st Dog $50
2nd Dog $45
Refresher Session: $40

DOGS WHO ARE NOT OFF LEASH RELIABLE & ALL PUPPIES UNDER 6 MONTHS:

1st Dog $70
2nd dog $60

Off-leash reliability is determined at the sole discretion of Roots K9. We do not offer e-collar conditioning as part of our boarding stays. If you are interested in developing your dog's off leash skills, we encourage you to reach out to us directly. We would be delighted to discuss how we can help your dog learn the joy of off-leash exploration through one of our programs.

10+ night stays will be given a 5% discount.
